I am probably one of the least ‘zen’ people you’ll ever meet. So much so my husband often jokes about how I can get stressed out about any little thing.  But believe it or not, being stressed most of the time has actually bought me a couple of amazing skills too. I’ve learned to be super organized, and I am pretty good at planning stuff, but I also apparently have learned how to look totally chill while on the inside my brain is in overdrive. A client once said to me, ‘you are the type of person who can’t get stressed aren’t you’ And all I could think was ‘Wow, I hide that well then!’
